Iowa!,there is some great salt water fish to catch if you sneek a rod and reel combo into a pet store

@willfred,Hey fellow iowan kaleb and i were thinking about fishing the des moines river about a mile up stream from saylorville,so i was woundering what all fish hang out up there?,how is the fishing?,and any other tips? 
,the reason i ask is because we just fish farm ponds and rivers/creeks near perry and if were gonna ride our bikes 25+ miles there and back in one day i want to make sure we catch something
