downline jumbo minnows, or shad, in the summer they tend to hold on lake humps in about 40ft of water

If u go early in the morning or late in the evening make sure to have a weightless fluke on, watch for them busting shad, then chunk that fluke at them, ALMOST a sure fire way to catch them!!! good fishing!

ya i troll for them in about 70ft of water at the dam at the lake i fish and some break stong braid
