new rules for fishing points and prizes

The random prizes that we give out will now be given out randomly. However, your fishing points will add up to the amount of tickets that are enterd for you in the end of the year raffle. For example, ( not actually) 25 fishing points = 4 tickes vs. 50 fishing points = 8 tickets.
