how to land big trout on lite line

if you hook a big trout, the key to landing it is to let it run when it wants to, so that it tires out. when it is close enough to land, have someone else net it or grab it by the gills. remember that whenever you net a fish to net it head first

lol u use 6 pound for trout.... i only use 6 pound when fishing around cover for trout and only for big ones....or else i mostly use 2 pound.... 2 of my biggest trout came off 2 pound..test a 12 and a 10 pounder....and it only took my 4 mins on each to bring in lol

You guys are lucky if i want to fish for trout the only creek that has them is a three hour drive and they only get about 18"inchs

they were holdover stocked trout...which mean they grow all they're fins to wild normal size and survive in warm water

yeap hell yea they doo...lol but mostly cutt-throuts or browns...rainbows not tomuch
