The best way to fillet a catfish

what i like to do is cut through the skin an outline of the fillet and then get some catfish skining pliers(or you can use needle nose pliers if you dont have the other)and get a good hold of the fish by steping on the tail or by hanging it on the stringer and then just pull the skin off,then take a filleting knife and just start at the neck and go to the tail using the back bone as a guide.
